Location: Allentown, PA

Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and account management experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage client emails effectively
  • Basic understanding of invoices and order processing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to collaborate with supply chain and internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills

Job Duties

  • Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication
  • Process and coordinate multiple customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Organize, prioritize, and respond to client emails in a fast-paced environment
  • Review invoices and assist with order-related questions or discrepancies
  • Work closely with supply chain and internal departments to resolve order issues and meet customer expectations
  • Communicate order updates and provide proactive solutions to clients
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with supervisors and management to resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
