  • Manage and oversee clinical trials from startup through closeout
  • Drive study timelines, milestones, and cross-functional activities
  • Maintain CTMS, EDC, and TMF documentation
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Support protocol development, CRFs, study budgets, and clinical operations
  • Coordinate with sites, vendors, and project teams
  • Identify and resolve study issues and risks
  • Review and interpret clinical study data/results

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of clinical research experience
  • Experience managing clinical studies/trials
  • Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with CTMS, EDC, and TMF systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
