Sr. Cloud Platform Engineer
Duration: 6 Months (CTH) (50% Onsite role)
Location: Plano TX, Austin TX Chicago IL, Columbus OH, Jersey City NJ
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Experience in open-source development
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience developing micro services
- Experience building and running large scale, multi-tenant distributed data systems
- Hands-on experience in managing life cycle of services on Kubernetes
- Experience in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, Azure with container orchestration technology like Kubernetes
- Good knowledge of networking(HTTP, TLS, DNS) to troubleshoot network issues
- Proficiency in more than one programming language(C++, Java, Golang, Python)
- Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management and runtimes
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
- Experience with Observability – OpenTelemetry implementation
Responsibilities:
- Create GitOps based event-driven high performance pipelines and tooling to fully automate the software delivery process.
- Work collaboratively with Banking developer communities.
