Senior Commercial Account Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 Base Salary

Overview

A well established independent insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to support a middle market commercial book of business. This individual will work closely with producers, carrier partners, and clients to deliver high quality service and drive account retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day servicing of a commercial P&C book of business
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Market accounts and obtain competitive quotes from carrier partners
• Review policies and coverage documents for accuracy
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and carriers
• Support producers with account strategy, renewals, and retention efforts
• Assist with coverage reviews and risk management recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of commercial insurance account management experience
• Current experience working for an insurance broker or agency
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, and Excess Liability
• Experience handling middle market commercial accounts
• Ability to independently manage the renewal process from marketing through binding
• Applied EPIC experience preferred
• Active Texas P&C license preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
