Our client, a renown company, is searching for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their team in Houston, Texas.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Establish, evaluate, and maintain economic models for relevant asset.
Acquire the knowledge and resources needed to build a strong fact base on which to determine feasibility of new opportunities.
Explore and support business initiatives and strategies to maximize value of existing assets.
Deliver data-driven analysis through development of financial/economic models to derive insights to support development of corporate and commercial business strategies.
Work with external and internal stakeholders to drive/support new business initiatives.
Interface cross-functionally with Finance, BD, Tender, Legal, Project and Operations Department to support Senior Management on development and execution of corporate and strategic projects, reports, presentations, meetings etc.
Support in capital funding matters for new and existing assets and projects.
Actively engage in discussions and negotiations with external stakeholders in respect of new and existing opportunities.
Conduct Ad-hoc analysis when required.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Oil & Gas and/or Power industry. Interpersonal Skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player as well as able to work independently.
Analytical, well organized, and good attention to detail. Knowledge
Good understanding and knowledge of financial investment and risk management models.
