Salary: $200,000 - $235,000 per year
A bit about us:Our client is an established business law firm based in Baltimore. Its attorneys handle commercial real estate, business transactions, litigation, tax, and estates and trusts. The real estate and transactional group represents businesses and investors nationwide on complex projects, with most of its work in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia. The work covers acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures and entity structuring. The firm is especially active in large-scale multifamily, assisted living and memory care, and commercial investment properties.
Why join us?- You'll run deals, not just support them. The principal leading this practice has more work than one person can handle and wants a senior attorney who can take matters off his desk and run them independently, from first draft to closing.
- The deals are sophisticated: multifamily and senior housing projects, investment property acquisitions, financing and joint venture structures, often with multiple parties and significant capital at stake.
- You'll do more than the real estate documents. Because the group also handles entity formation, JV agreements and business planning, you can advise clients on the whole transaction.
- You'll have direct client relationships and the autonomy to manage them, inside a firm small enough that your contributions are seen and valued.
- Business law colleagues in litigation, tax and estates are down the hall when a deal needs their input.
