Title: Sr. Commissioning Agent
Location: Overland Park, KS
Hire Type: Direct hire
Compensation: 150-190K

Responsibilities
- Opportunity to work directly with the world’s leading technology companies in a high-impact commissioning role
- Ensure state-of-the-art facilities, including data centers and large-scale infrastructure, operate at peak performance from day one
- Oversee daily commissioning activities with a high level of precision and accountability
- Perform comprehensive pre-functional and functional testing to validate system performance and integrity
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Champion quality, reliability, and best practices to support client satisfaction and repeat business
- Work in fast-paced, collaborative environments with complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Apply a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to excellence
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 8+ years of commissioning experience
- Strong knowledge of pre-functional and functional commissioning processes
- Ability to lead projects and independently manage a variety of tasks to best serve clients
- Experience collaborating with marketing and business development teams to help secure new clients
- Strong investigative and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and develop solutions
- Construction experience
