About the Job:

Support the HQ Visual & Marketing department by facilitating and/or managing all projects requiring Field communication with a focus on streamlining content to elevate in-store execution. Provide additional hands-on support in the Mock Store for select Visual & Marketing projects and/or initiatives.

A day in the life, what you'll be doing:

Communication

  • Develop daily, weekly, and seasonal Field communications supporting Visual Merchandising and Store Marketing initiatives
  • Includes creating messages and/or surveys for Visual Updates, Product Launches, Floorsets, Marketing Arrivals, brand knowledge, and training materials
  • Extract and analyze survey results, then partner with cross-functional teams to address findings and opportunities
  • Maintain and organize Visual Drive assets, resources, and file libraries
  • Manage field-facing resource links and folders within Zipline
  • Gather feedback from Field leadership and incorporate insights into future programs and communications

Mock Store Support

  • Support the Visual Design team during guide production, including adjusting lighting, photographing, and moving fixtures
  • Partner with Visual Merchanders on Visual Updates and special projects, including steaming product, hardware updates, assisting with visual moves, sample organization, and select Store activations
  • Assist Store Marketing team with seasonal initiatives, including prototype setup for Executive Walkthroughs and preparation of new/remodel Store props, elements, and hardware

Visual Design

  • Create Trap & Hold documents for upcoming in-store brand launches
  • Develop Visual Merchandising training content, tools, & resources
  • Directly support production of Seasonal Guides (i.e. Men's & Women's, Kid's, Store Mapping, Window, MOA Denim, & Mannequin)

Other

  • Attend weekly team meetings and actively contribute in group discussions
  • Partner with Store Operations & Procurement team for new/remodel Store openings
  • Conduct Store Visits to collect feedback during heavier Visual workload (i.e. Floorsets, Black Friday, Brand launches, etc.)

What it takes to Join:

  • 3+ years in Retail and/or Corporate Visual Merchandising experience
  • Knowledge in Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), and Figma programs preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage time and workload to hit all deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team member, cross functionally and independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be highly flexible to business needs
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide creative solutions to enhance work efficiency & processes

Salary Range: ($76,925 - $89,523)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
