Sr Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced writer for Medicare member communications with a health insurance organization. This is a hybrid role in Detroit MI 1x a week.

Job Description:

• Help produce CMS-required documents for our Medicare Advantage plan members and group customers.
• Create documents according to a template, submit them in a workflow management system.
• Collaborate with various areas to coordinate fulfillment.

Skills/Experience needed

• Writing/editing background
• High school and college
• Experience work with project management team providing progress updates
• Good communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments
• Work with CMS-required documents
• Work at health insurance organization and with Medicare Advantage
