As Senior Construction Manager at Jade Creek Construction, you will play a direct role in advancing our federal customers’ missions across Hanscom AFB and the Northeastern region. Jade Creek is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of federal construction and renovation projects across the Northeastern U.S. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery planning, estimating, scheduling, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout and will manage multi‑disciplinary teams across several simultaneous task orders.


This position requires a leader who thrives in fast‑paced, multi‑trade, federally regulated environments , understands the unique operational constraints of active military installations, and is deeply committed to delivering high‑quality results that support national defense, public service, and mission continuity.


Location: Northeastern U.S. (Hanscom AFB Region) | Travel: As Required | Clearance: Ability to Obtain.


Responsibilities


+ Project Leadership & Delivery:

+ Lead multiple concurrent federal construction and renovation projects from kickoff to closeout.

+ Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements.

+ Manage complex phasing and outage‑sensitive work in active mission environments.

+ Team & Subcontractor Management:

+ Manage and mentor the PMO team: Safety Manager, Scheduler, Estimator, Project Specialists, and Site Superintendents.

+ Develop and manage strong working relationships with A&E firms, engineering partners, and trade contractors.

+ Oversee subcontractor performance, change coordination, and field execution.

+ Scope, Schedule & Cost Control:

+ Produce accurate scopes of work, cost estimates, and resource‑loaded schedules using MS Project or Primavera.

+ Maintain disciplined schedule and cost control; document, track, and report all changes.

+ Maintain short‑term (three‑week look‑ahead) schedules and long‑range Integrated Master Schedules.

+ Technical & Compliance Oversight:

+ Collaborate with the Designer of Record to ensure scope clarity and technical accuracy.

+ Ensure all work complies with OSHA, EM 385‑1‑1, and base‑specific safety protocols.

+ Oversee quality assurance to meet or exceed federal standards and ensure long‑term facility performance.

+ Customer Engagement:

+ Serve as the primary interface with Government PMs, CORs, CE personnel, and mission stakeholders.

+ Participate in Kickoff, Partnering, Pre‑Construction, Design Development, and Coordination meetings.

+ Strengthen customer relationships to support follow‑on work and long‑term program success.


Qualifications


+ U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or PMP with equivalent federal experience.

+ 10+ years of construction management experience, including 8+ years on Federal/DoD projects.

+ Demonstrated experience managing multi‑trade, concurrent task orders in an IDIQ/SATOC/MATOC environment.

+ Strong understanding of Federal construction standards, safety requirements, and contract compliance (FAR/DFARS).

+ Ability to manage high‑volume communication with Government partners and track multiple active projects.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting multi‑discipline design drawings—especially MEP systems.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Knowledge, Skills & Technical Abilities

+ Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory frameworks: OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ANSI, local codes.

+ Experience with Government project systems such as Procore, RMS, Kahua, Google Drive, and SharePoint.

+ Safety certifications: EM 385‑1‑1 Level 1, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid.

+ Skilled in hazard identification, compliance oversight, and federal quality assurance processes.

+ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD/Revit, Visio, and estimating tools.
