Sr. Consultant, Client Service Investment Operations (CS Investment Ops)
The Sr. Consultant is a senior member of the Investment Operations Outsourcing (IOO) Client Service team, responsible for client service, operational governance, and strategic support across investment operations.
This role coordinates activities across clients, operational teams, and business partners while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. The position combines governance, operational leadership, and project execution, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
As part of IOO Transitions Governance, this role supports Investment Operations Outsourcing transition activity across regions, teams, and operating models. Responsibilities include providing governance and coordination throughout transition events by aligning stakeholders, monitoring key milestones, validating documentation, tracking risks and issues, and facilitating timely escalation and resolution.

Salary Range:
$74,700 - 126,900 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
