Basic Purpose Provides settlement, analysis, negotiation, and administration of material contracts, service contracts, and master agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Education, Skills, and Environment Education and Work Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited school plus 6 of more years of related experience.
Candidates that do not possess a bachelor's degree must have 10 years of related work experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Demonstrated skills and knowledge of energy industry. Demonstrated skills of negotiation, complex issue resolution, and project leadership. Demonstrated analytical, time management, communication, attention to detail, customer service, and organization skills. Able to multi-task and work in both a team-oriented environment and independently.
Equipment and Applications PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Work Environment and Physical Demands General office environment. No special physical demands required.
