Job Summary:
Our client seeks a results-driven and client-focused Senior Contracts Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of client contracts. This role involves ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely contract execution and post-execution management. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and implement process improvements while maintaining high-quality contract data.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary owner for assigned client contract requests from intake to execution.
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
- Manage post-execution activities including record maintenance, system updates, and reporting.
- Maintain high-quality, timely contract data for reporting and forecasting.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline contracting processes.
- Bachelors degree at minimum.
- Proficiency with Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Icertis or DocuSign.
Must-Have Skills:- Bachelors degree at minimum.
- 3-4+ years of extensive contract management experience.
- Proficiency with Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Icertis or DocuSign.
Industry Experience:
Preferably a background in the payments industry, with a strong understanding of Client Products and Services. Relevant experience in Fortune 500 companies is a plus.
