You'll play a key role in developing and executing paid media, engagement, and/or other content strategies. This role is also responsible for supporting branding and advertising plans for the company. Day‑to‑day, this may include campaign kickoff and coordination; trafficking of creative assets; and creation of strategic marketing proposals. This will report to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, and also support the Manager, Engagement Marketing and the Manager, Social Media & Partnerships as applicable depending on project prioritization and bandwidth. This role will also help track results and offer recommendations and insights for optimization to subsequent campaigns.Essential FunctionsSupport the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing on top priorities, focused on paid media, cross‑channel promotions, and campaigns.Design multi‑channel marketing campaigns tailored for different channels depending on objectives.Craft comprehensive campaign kickoff plans, outlining KPIs, budget allocation, channel mix, and success metrics.Coordinate seamless campaign execution, ensuring on‑time asset delivery and cross‑channel consistency.Cultivate strategic partnerships, developing sponsorships and co‑op marketing programs that include budget allocation, co‑branded creative development, and performance analysis tied to regional acquisition KPIs.Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and reporting.Utilize event data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for future regional events.Actively scout and evaluate marketing opportunities across various channels like local media and sponsorship to grow regional database and drive high‑converting traffic.Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted landing pages and nurture campaigns to convert captured leads.Track campaign results, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization to ensure continuous improvement in regional acquisition efforts.Provide national and evergreen marketing campaign support as needed.Other FunctionsOther duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.3‑5+ years' experience working in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of best practices, in strategic partnerships, events, paid media, and other channels.Experience working with an enterprise CMS.2‑3 years' experience with digital media platforms including META, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, and DoubleClick.Proven success in a fast‑paced environment with precise attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) or Google equivalents.Proficient in GA4.Comfortable with web content management systems.Proficient presentation and oral communication skills.Proficient writing and copy‑editing skills.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesIntermediate in HTML, CSS, and front‑end formatting script languages.Intermediate in Freemarker and/or other Java‑based languages.Intermediate relational database management and audience building.Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.Familiar with Trello, Jira, or other Agile planning and task/ticket tracking platforms and processes.Comfortable receiving feedback and quickly change course based on business needs.Team player who can work collaboratively with other departments, partners and marketers.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be self‑motivated, self‑starter, have a sense of urgency and extremely well‑organized.Ability to work with minimum supervision in a collaborative team environment.Microsoft office product skills including Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.Must exercise sound business judgment and handle confidential information with sensitivity.Must be a team player with ability to work on several projects at a time.Equipment OperatedStandard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer.Work EnvironmentTypical office environment, adequately heated and cooled.Physical EffortGenerally, not required.Supervision ReceivedGeneral Direction: The incumbent normally receives little instruction on day‑to‑day work and receives general instructions on new assignments.Salary Range$58,394 – $77,508.
