    We are seeking a highly skilled, collaborative, and results-oriented leader to manage federal, state, and competitive grant programs from pre-award through post-award. This position supports compliance with applicable regulations, advances strategic district initiatives, and maximizes funding opportunities that contribute to 100% student success. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong grant management and project coordination experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and educational excellence.

    Preferred, but not required, qualifications and experience:

    • Experience developing, writing, managing, and monitoring competitive and entitlement grant applications.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex initiatives simultaneously.
    • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across departments, schools, private schools, charter schools, and community partners.
