Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Copywriter to develop compelling content and messaging across multiple marketing channels. This individual will play a key role in shaping brand voice, translating business objectives into impactful copy, and delivering content that engages target audiences and drives measurable results.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing and editing skills with strong conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, brand, and business development teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, audience-focused copy for digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, email marketing, social media, advertising, sales collateral, and other marketing materials.
• Establish, maintain, and evolve brand voice, messaging frameworks, and editorial standards across channels.
• Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and business objectives into clear, persuasive, and engaging content.
• Lead copy development for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and other media.
• Partner with designers, creative directors, marketing managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop cohesive creative concepts and campaign assets.
• Research target audiences, market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform messaging and content strategy.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, tone, grammar, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Optimize copy for engagement, conversion, search engine visibility, and overall campaign performance.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback, performance data, and audience insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Mentor junior copywriters and contribute to creative brainstorming, editorial planning, and team development.
• Ensure all content aligns with company objectives, brand positioning, and applicable legal and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience in an agency, corporate marketing department, or comparable creative environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing copy across multiple marketing channels and formats.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, content strategy, and marketing fundamentals.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback, and adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, digital marketing, content management systems, and performance analytics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A portfolio demonstrating versatility, creativity, strategic thinking, and measurable campaign impact.
