The Senior Corporate Attorney provides in-house legal support for commercial contracts, NDA management, entity governance, and legal operations.
They handle high-volume contract review, negotiate agreements (MSAs, SOWs, vendor, SaaS, and technology contracts), and streamline NDA processes.
They oversee legal entity compliance for 30+ subsidiaries, support M&A activities, and manage corporate records and data rooms.
This role partners with Finance, Sales, HR, and Security to enable growth while managing risk, offering practical legal advice and supporting audits, due diligence, and incident response.
Preferred candidates have 4-9+ years of legal experience, in-house SaaS or MSP background, M&A exposure, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Compensation ranges from $170,000 to $190,000.
