Ukpeavik Iñupiat Corporation (UIC) is seeking a Sr. Corporate Benefits Analyst. Under the direction of the Sr. Corporate Director of Human Resources and in coordination with the UICGS Benefits Program Manager, this position will support the administration and delivery of employee benefit programs and related HR initiatives for UIC Corporate and Alaska-based subsidiaries. This position administers company benefit programs, serves as a primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, supports leave administration and compliance activities, coordinates with vendors and Payroll, and assists with board and executive wellness programs.
This position is based in Anchorage, Alaska.
