As Senior Counsel, US Privacy, you would join our North America Digital & Privacy team to play a key role in providing legal advice on a wide range of matters related to data protection, digital initiatives, US privacy laws and regulations, and data governance.
The Opportunity
Provide guidance to key stakeholders including, other Legal and Compliance colleagues, the business and the Roche Diagnostics North America Digital & Privacy team in order to support the organizations' compliance with US state and federal privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, TCPA), and other applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $172,900 to $321,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
