Sr Cost Accountant

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Sr Cost Accountant for a full-time direct hire position. The Sr Cost Accountant will lead the accounting and tax operations, playing a crucial role in driving financial performance and streamlining operations. The position is crucial for building a world-class accounting function and requires operational financial expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and management accounting, including financial reporting and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Consolidate results and ensure the integrity of financial statements and internal controls.
• Drive efficiency and scalability in back-office functions, enhancing data integrity.
• Partner with CFO and leadership on financial strategy, planning, and capital allocation.
• Lead ERP system implementation and align with business objectives.
• Optimize working capital and cash flow initiatives.
• Provide insight and support for cost control, margin enhancement, and strategic sourcing.
• Present financial reports, KPIs, and analysis to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive financial and management accounting experience in manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ERP system proficiency and financial process improvement.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial consolidation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
