- Base Salary: $180K-$210K DOE
- 10% bonus

Job Details
- Lead new project/change orders estimates, RFPs using historical data, focus on mostly referred/negotiated work, hand off projects to PMs, initial schedules, create realistic budgets, and control costs/scopes
- Docs/takeoffs/proposals, client/partner/sub relationships, analyze/control project/financial risks, and value engineering
- Projects are high-end custom home ground-ups/full remodels that are $5M-$10M+ each in Thousand Oaks, Hidden Hills, Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Westside
- Will be working 100% in office in Calabasas
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Estimator at a general contractor on 10,000+ SF luxury/custom home projects in SoCal
- Prefer experience of coming up through the ranks from the field
- Skilled in Bluebeam for takeoffs as well as Procore
- Experienced with high end materials and finishes
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and client relation skills
