    Our Sr. Customer Experience Coordinator position is a terrific opportunity to support Sales for a dynamic, fast paced, entrepreneurial company.  Ideal candidates will enjoy and have experience relevant to:

    • Sales support functions
    • Phone based customer support
    • Computer based order processing
    • Complex product lists
    • Inventory management
    • Receiving and resolving customer questions and concerns
    • Maintaining customer database and history
    • Producing reports

    Qualified candidates will offer a wide range of skills and experience to include:

    • 3-5 years in customer service roles
    • Previous sales support experience with direct customer contact
    • Managing support for multiple people with competing deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong listening skills with excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
    • Computer savvy – Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP type programs
    • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
    • Engaging and professional presentation
    • Organized, focused, and team oriented
