The Senior Customer Sales Analyst (Sr. CSA) is a vital internal sales position that delivers actionable business insights to support growth on the Walmart & Club team. The Sr. CSA leads customer/category analysis and selling-story development, proactively shapes sales planning through insights, and helps raise the team's analytics and data storytelling standards. This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, finance, retail, supply chain, and the Data team to ensure strong target delivery, clear performance routines, and continuous improvement of reporting and tools.

This position is a hybrid role and is considered a normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; 3 days per week in office. Additionally, this role requires the ability to work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate''s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
