Sr. Customer Service Administrator
Location: East Syracuse, NY

Pay Range: $20-25
Onsite, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm with the opportunity to be hybrid once trained.
Job Duties: Perform duties related to overall customer service including support as related to sales team and order manager team.
Key responsibilities:
- Running daily reports to support strategic account management
- Equipment ordering.
- Coordination to ensure smooth order lifecycle
- Prepare warranty registration and morning reports.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of customer service experience or Associate's Degree with 3+ years of customer service experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of customer service experience.
