Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Banking Correspondence team in preparing and mailing client-required bank documentation. The role focuses on document fulfillment operations including creation, printing, quality auditing, and packaging of outgoing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and facilitate daily mailing and fulfillment requests

• Review cases using internal case management tools and email queues

• Create, print, audit, and package bank documents accurately

• Research requests, prioritize workload, and meet turnaround timelines

• Maintain accuracy and quality standards in an office production environment
