Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM AZ Time (30-min lunch)
Work Model: Fully onsite, 5 days/week (no parking fees)
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Banking Correspondence team in preparing and mailing client-required bank documentation. The role focuses on document fulfillment operations including creation, printing, quality auditing, and packaging of outgoing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and facilitate daily mailing and fulfillment requests
Review cases using internal case management tools and email queues
Create, print, audit, and package bank documents accurately
Research requests, prioritize workload, and meet turnaround timelines
Maintain accuracy and quality standards in an office production environment
