This position serves as a key point of contact for customers after quotes are issued and services are completed. The primary focus of the role is proactive customer outreach, ensuring customers receive timely follow-up, questions are addressed, opportunities remain active, and customer relationships are maintained.
This role supports company growth by helping ensure opportunities receive consistent follow-up and customers remain engaged throughout the customer journey.
The ideal candidate is professional, organized, persistent, and comfortable spending a significant portion of the day communicating with customers by phone and email.
* Contact customers regarding newly issued quotes.
* Follow up on outstanding proposals.
* Send quote reminders according to established follow-up schedules.
* Gather customer feedback regarding pending opportunities
* Re-engage customers who have not recently utilized services.
* Rebuild customer relationships through proactive outreach.
* Work assigned follow-up reports.
* Review customer activity and open opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Document all customer interactions.
* Track outreach activity and results.
