Pay Range: $60 - 65.00/hr on W2
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of IT Security / IAM / Directory Services experience; 10+ preferred
- Strong hands-on Active Directory (AD DS) experience, including:
- Domain Controllers (architecture, design, deployment)
- DNS
- Replication and trusts
- Group Policy (GPO)
- Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity
- Experience with directory synchronization technologies
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience supporting on-premises and cloud directory services
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols: LDAP/LDAPS, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OIDC
- Experience troubleshooting complex authentication, directory synchronization, and identity issues
- Knowledge of AD security, privileged access controls, certificate management, and identity security
- Experience with system upgrades, patching, monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Enterprise-level 2nd/3rd level support and on-call support experience
- Bachelor's degree required
