You'll be joining a small team rebuilding Westrock Coffee's operating system from the ground up on Palantir Foundry. This isn't a maintain-the-dashboard role--you'll architect core data pipelines, design ontology models, and ship AI-driven applications that change how our company operates.
Job Duties:
7-10 years of software engineering and development experience
Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, and Data Science
Strong coder with shown proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar for data manipulation, scripting, model development, and application building
Strong foundation in Machine Learning basics (Evaluation, Training, Problem Decomposition)
In-office position in Little Rock, Arkansas Headquarters working in a collaborative Foundry Development Center
Experience with Palantir Foundry is a strong plus, but we're equally interested in engineers who learn platforms fast and have built on complex data systems before
