4 7+ years of experience in:
o CX analytics
o Product analytics
o Journey analytics
o Customer insights
Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics
Experience implementing and managing:
o Transactional surveys
o Digital intercepts
o Session replay / behavioral analytics
Strong experience analyzing:
o NPS / CSAT / Voice of Customer data
o Contact center metrics (repeat contact, call drivers, AHT)
o Digital funnel and journey analytics
Advanced experience with modern analytics and reporting tools such as and their onboard AI tools:
o Power BI
o Databricks
o SQL
