Job Description:
As a Senior Data Analyst - Data Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving business improvements and strategic decisions by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing data reporting, dashboards, and KPIs that support the SF2-US-F-5 Data Management function. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to data quality, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degrees in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment working with data and analytics, including:
Performing roles such as reporting specialist, data analyst, or data scientist.
Developing reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau or Qlik.
Providing analytical insights based on reporting and data analysis.
Writing and optimizing SQL queries, preferably with MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
Conducting data analysis using tools such as R, SAS, RapidMiner, or similar.
Participating actively as a member of project teams, preferably within agile frameworks.
At least 2 years managing project aspects using agile methodologies.
Applying data preparation skills with tools such as Tableau Prep or Alteryx.
Experience with data governance and management processes and tools, such as Informatica EDC, Axon, IDQ, or equivalent solutions
Preferences:
3+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Automotive industry.
2+ years of data exploration and mining using programming languages or tools like R, Python, or equivalents.
Additional experience in data governance tools and processes is highly valued.

Relocation is available for this position.
In support of BMW Group's business objectives, this position requires regular onsite attendance at a BMW office/facility with remote work capability (hybrid).
The expected salary range for this position is $54,300.00 - $108,600.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
