Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, IT, Business Management, or related field preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge and hands-on use of SAP Materials Management is required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Master Data Management, Customer Service, or Demand Planning (3 years required if no degree)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to read/write code (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.)
  • Experience with Winshuttle and Analysis is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, SAS, or other data tools is nice to have
 
Responsibilities:
  • CLIENT’s Onboard Services, Material Logistics team oversees planning, distribution, and delivery of all products used in the passenger cabin
  • Maintain all Master Data in SAP, including Materials Master, Contracts, Source Lists, Order and Delivery Schedules, Pricing, and Station Catalogs
  • Support development of lifecycle processes and procedures for maintaining controlling master data for logistics, including item masters, locations, item sources, and accounting information
  • Enter and maintain master data to support business changes such as product launches, retirements, new suppliers, warehouse changes, and accounting updates
  • Collaborate across functions including planning, service delivery, warehousing, inventory reconciliation, supply chain, finance, tax, and SAP Center of Excellence
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve master data issues across organizational boundaries
  • Maintain data consistency across multiple systems used within logistics operations
  • Recommend improvements to existing data management processes and drive process optimization
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives to improve efficiency
  • Provide support to SAP users by coordinating system access and permissions with security teams
  • Deliver training on logistics systems to improve user adoption and capability
  • Create reports outlining work status, next steps, blockers, and stakeholder responsibilities
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workload management and Master Data processes, including system access coordination
