15. Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes what's being done?

The client requests for Optum to partner with them on the initiative to migrate away from existing business intelligence too, SAP BusinessObjects, over to Microsoft BI tool(s). This will involve heavy analysis of existing vs future functionality and strong communication skills to relay this information to various stakeholders.


16. What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? We want to be as specific as possible with our firms so they can find the type of candidate you're looking for.

Three years of experience using business intelligence tools and working within a large data warehouse. Collaborative, inquisitive, friendly and engaging to all stakeholders.


17. Of the required skills listed, which would you consider the top 3? Please list your expectations regarding years of experience for each requirement.

Microsoft BI tools experience (Report Builder preferred) User / client engagement soft skills Attention to detail and documentation skills


18. What experience will set candidates apart from one another?

Strong attention to detail within a project tracking tool (Jira) along with technical skills in a database and a business intelligence tool.
