Job Description:- Provide technical leadership and escalation support to Data Center Technicians
- Diagnose server, storage, network, cabling, and power issues
- Coordinate incident response and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, runbooks, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Support capacity planning
- Review planned changes and provide implementation/rollback recommendations
- Support/provide root-cause analysis
- Coordinate with customer teams and other vendors
- Provide technical input for deployments, migrations, and other projects
