Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on AWS Glue development
Advanced PySpark development experience
Experience leading Data Engineering teams and solution architecture for enterprise projects
Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable AWS-based data engineering solutions.
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using AWS Glue and PySpark.
Define data architecture patterns and evaluate design, scalability, and performance trade-offs.
Lead and mentor an offshore team of five data engineers.
Partner with client stakeholders to review technical solutions and architecture decisions.
Design and deliver high-performance transaction cache and data integration solutions.
