Job Summary (List Format):

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Approximately 6 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Advanced Analytics.
- Proven track record leading complex, production-grade AI/ML systems at scale.
- Experience mentoring or leading data scientists (formally or informally).
- Expert proficiency in Python and PySpark.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spark, Hive, distributed data processing, and cloud platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, ensemble methods, and advanced feature engineering.
- Practical experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Strong working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
- Extensive NLP/NLU experience, especially with healthcare or clinical data (e.g., NER, summarization, classification, entity extraction).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experiment design, and model validation.
- Ability to drive projects from ambiguity to clarity and deliver results.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, accountability, and proactive approach.
- (Strongly Preferred) Deep understanding of Medicare Risk Adjustment and CMS programs.
- Hands-on experience with CMS datasets (MMR, MOR, EDPS, Encounter data).
- Experience working with clinical, coding, or claims data in healthcare settings.
