The Integration Data Lead oversees data design, movement, and integrity across integrations connecting the Majesco platform, VB data sources, and Trustmark's enterprise systems. The role ensures that all data exchanged across policy‑lifecycle systems is accurate, governed, traceable, and aligned with system‑of‑record decisions, supporting phased rollouts, dual‑run operations, and frequent releases. Acting as a player‑coach, the lead partners with Integration Leads, Solution Architects, Majesco teams, and source‑system owners to enable reconciliation, cutover readiness, and reliable downstream reporting. Manage reconciliation between systems through field‑level comparisons, balancing, exception reporting, and root‑cause analysis. The role ensures that integration feeds fully support downstream consumers such as data‑warehouse environments, operational reporting, and regulatory or financial reporting. The position will leverage your years of enterprise data experience, strong background with insurance or benefits platforms, and proven leadership in data migration and platform transitions. Key technical strengths include data modeling, integration‑pattern expertise across APIs, events, files, and batch processes, SQL‑based reconciliation and validation, and experience working with integration platforms and API gateways.
