Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers within designated delivery areas.
Verify and validate customer identification and age to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, customer information, and any issues encountered.
Handle and transport cannabis products with care, ensuring they remain secure and undamaged during transit.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional, courteous manner.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including vehicle maintenance, safety, and security protocols.
Create efficient routes and, when applicable, coordinate with the Delivery Drivers to receive and relay delivery assignments and updates.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
Train new drivers and conduct re-training for existing drivers as needed.
Route and dispatch drivers at various locations as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 25 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.
Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle and transport cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to spend multiple hours sitting in a vehicle to perform deliveries
