EPAM is seeking a technology-first ML and AI Projects Delivery Manager to drive business development, partner engagement, and pre-sales activity while overseeing delivery of ML and AI programs. This role bridges strategic business goals with cutting-edge technical execution, leading engagements from sales through delivery in close partnership with EPAM teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of ML and AI projects, ensuring high-quality, timely execution

• Manage complex data delivery programs, establishing governance and leading discovery phases

• Drive strategic ML/AI initiatives leveraging GCP and Gemini Enterprise

• Build architecture visions, diagrams, and technology roadmaps aligned to business direction

• Partner with customers and product management to define application and cloud architecture requirements

• Design and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and align technical strategy

• Lead the architecture team to deliver optimal, cost-effective solutions

• Drive pre-sales activities/business development - client demos, architectural proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses focused on GenAI strategy

• Lead enterprise-scale technical discussions with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing technical engagements - solution design, RFP proposals, MVP delivery

• Background as a Technical Consultant balancing pre-sales and delivery execution

• Strong enterprise technical foundation across networking, storage, hardware, and software

• Active GCP certifications strongly preferred
