Team:
Responsible for the management and distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and key technology functions worldwide for the Company's streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ Hotstar; and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.

Job Summary:
The Sr. Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will drive both tactical and strategic operations initiatives within the Advertising and Data Platforms team. To be successful in this role this person should have advanced analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills. They also must be resourceful, prioritize effectively in demanding environments, initiate solutions, and have advanced interpersonal skills. This person will partner with key executives in engineering, product, program and finance within our segment to enable seamless operations and execution of strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaison between senior leaders within ADP for ongoing executive team operations, standardizing operating model & meeting cadence, and streamline communication with templates, meeting notes and materials.
  • Oversee operational programs relating to resourcing, budgets, strategic planning and status communications across the organization.
  • Be a credible and reliable partner on all things strategy and planning; be ready to act as a nimble team to quickly support executives on diverse types of problems, translating recommendations to results by executing on action plans.
  • Plan key organizational communications and engagement forums such as town halls, leadership updates, and strategic readouts.

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related field within a technology driven organization
  • Superb organization, detail-orientation, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance short and long-term work streams
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills, ability to develop beneficial relationships and networks in order to achieve results
  • Strong presentation and design skills; experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and internal collaboration sites
  • Highly proficient with Excel, Executive presentations and experience with Claude
  • Must have experience working in software development organizations
  • Background in project management
  • Experience working with tech budgets – opex, capex, resourcing models, offshore
  • Experience with 5000+ person organizations
  • Experience working with OKR, metrics and driving results
  • Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Airtable
  • Ability to act as liaison between business and technologies especially at the C-suite level.
