Senior Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst

Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite) – San Francisco, CA or Glendale, CA
Pay Rate: $67.11/hour

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives within a large-scale technology organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership across engineering, product, program management, and finance teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, streamline operational processes, and drive execution against strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional communication and project management skills. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex environments, manage competing priorities, and influence stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leadership by coordinating executive team activities, standardizing operating rhythms, and improving communication practices.
  • Develop and maintain executive presentations, leadership updates, meeting materials, and strategic readouts.
  • Lead and support initiatives related to organizational planning, resource management, budgeting, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track strategic objectives, key initiatives, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate planning and execution activities that drive alignment across engineering, product, program, and finance functions.
  • Organize and support leadership forums, town halls, and other enterprise communications efforts.
  • Translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans and monitor progress toward defined outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement scalable processes and solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, operational strategy, consulting, finance, project management, or a related function within a technology-focused organization.
  • Experience supporting or partnering with software development organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience working within large enterprise environments (5,000+ employees).
  • Strong background in project and program management methodologies.
  • Experience managing or supporting technology budgets, including:
    • Operating expenses (OpEx)
    • Capital expenditures (CapEx)
    • Resource planning and allocation models
    • Offshore resourcing strategies
  • Proven ability to establish and track OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive measurable results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing Claude or similar AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Airtable.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business and technology stakeholders, including executive leadership teams.
  • Background supporting strategic planning and organizational transformation initiatives.
