Trusted by more than 200,000 users, we enable therapy providers, educators, and employers to scale the way they deliver ABA and related therapies with innovative technology, market-leading industry expertise, and world-class customer satisfaction.  We are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution of expansion and cross-sell programs across our customer base. This role is responsible for managing cross-channel programs across all product lines, collaborating closely with Marketing leaders, Sales, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled full-funnel demand programs in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or data-driven tech company, bringing a mix of strategy, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution. This role will report into the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Ops.    Key Accountabilities:  Define strategy for, manage, and optimize the execution of Customer demand generation campaigns across both Marketing and cross-functional channels  Own Marketing's cross-sell pipeline targets, and regularly report on pipeline health to both Marketing and Executive leadership   Scale net revenue retention and expansion efforts across the customer base  Clearly define key customer targeting segments with a focus on maturity-based and behavior-based triggers for outreach  Collaborate closely with our partners in Sales, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success to develop effective cross-functional conversion strategy across all campaigns  Collaborate with agency partners and Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing teams on campaign execution  Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders    Desired Skills and Experience:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience   8-10+ years of experience in Demand Gen and/or Customer Marketing roles  Proven success owning pipeline goals  Ability to multi-task and manage across multiple simultaneous programs  Strong communication skills and collaborative excellency  * B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Healthtech experience preferred     #LI-Hybrid Base Salary Range $125,000-$135,000 USD Backed by Roper Technologies, Inc.
