Client is rapidly expanding the scope of its business to include some of the most exciting technology developments driving the electric power industry today. Our clients include Fortune 50 companies and advanced energy iconoclasts seeking to deliver the energy transition. Candidates will be tasked with leading the delivery of advanced energy projects in a demanding environment.This role has three primary responsibilities:[60%] Be ultimately responsible for delivering quality services for complex engineering projects for an array of clients and generation technologies. This will require working directly with clients, organizing and managing subcontractors, leading project engineering teams, and, ultimately, providing a high-quality work product and service to our customers.[25%] Work alongside personnel managers to provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and project managers. This includes providing in-office support and leadership to help the team reach its full potential.[15%] Work with the Company leadership team to define, develop, and offer new engineering solutions and products. Help the client's team identify new opportunities and launch new engineering services.You will report to the Director of Engineering.
