Pay Range: $77/hr $82/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java J2EE application development, Agile delivery, and modern DevOps practices and a proven ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve secure, resilient software.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy Java J2EE applications using standard toolsets.
• Apply multiple design techniques to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Work within Agile frameworks and contribute to iterative planning and delivery.
• Implement CI/CD, TDD, and cloud development practices to drive quality and speed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and J2EE, with experience across the development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and at least one common framework.
• Hands-on with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, and cloud development.
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
• Working proficiency across software engineering disciplines, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with application resiliency and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tooling and deployment environments.
