Job Description/ Responsibilities
• Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Solution Design & Strategy: Develops high-level Azure blueprints, including networking, storage, compute, and security, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify requirements and technical constraints.
• Governance & Security: Enforces security controls and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS) within the architecture.
• Cloud Migration & Modernization: Assesses, plans, and executes the migration of on-premises workloads to Azure.
• Technical Leadership: Mentors developers and IT staff, providing best practices and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cost Management: Evaluates pricing models and manages cloud resources to optimize costs and performance. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Required Technical Skills & Competencies:
• Deep knowledge of Azure services (e.g., VMs, SQL, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in Azure networking, security, and identity management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
• Expertise in Designing and Architecting as required for the Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.•
