Developer 2.Job summary : 2-3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Stibo STEP (object modeling, match/merge, workflow, business rules). 5+ years of overall experience in Master Data Management, Product Information Management, or related data governance disciplines. Demonstrated experience designing match/merge and survivorship rules for party/account-type master data. Excellent written documentation skills configuration specs, rule definitions, and runbooks must be audit-ready.
