Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-enabled software delivery capabilities. This role focuses on developing reusable platform services, AI-powered workflows, and engineering tools that improve how software is built, tested, secured, and deployed across the organization.
What You'll Do
Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
Build AI-enabled and agentic workflows that support modern software delivery practices.
Develop reusable platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and automation services.
Integrate AI-driven functionality into established developer tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Support software testing, security, monitoring, and production-readiness initiatives.
Identify technical risks and help drive resolution of critical issues.
Contribute to evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-powered capabilities.
Mentor junior developers and contribute technical leadership on project initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort across the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
2+ years of experience building AI-enabled or Agentic Software solutions.
4+ years of Platform Engineering and/or DevSecOps experience.
Experience leading significant portions of one or more large software implementation projects.
Strong understanding of software design, development, testing, and deployment practices.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative engineering environment.
