Sr. DevOps Engineer - AWS & GitOps Focus

LOCATION: can be in the US near a Client location to work a hybrid schedule. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

INTERVIEW: 2 rounds of interviews. 1st is with hiring manager and 2nd is a panel interview.

Core Technical Skills
5+ years of experience, 10+ years desired,
Required:
• ArgoCD, including multi-cluster management
• Kubernetes orchestration and management
• Expertise in AWS services: EC2, EKS, RDS, IAM, ASM, ACM, PrivateLink, and VPC Lattice
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go
Preferred:
• CI/CD pipeline development using GitLab
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or DataDog
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to Argo Workflows
• Helm chart development and deployment
• Experience with SaaS or PaaS product environments
• SSO/OIDC/SAML/Keycloak/Okta
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Self-directed learning and proactive research
• High attention to detail, especially in complex integrations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ownership mindset with a focus on quality
