Sr. Digital Designer

As Sr. Digital Designer, you'll help shape that research into actual concepts, working alongside strategists on client insights and turning them into interfaces people want to use. This isn't a production-only seat. You'll be in strategy conversations from the start.

What you'll do:

• Design responsive websites and digital experiences grounded in audience research
• Build and evolve visual brand systems, including logo and identity work
• Present concepts directly to clients and defend your design decisions
• Mentor junior designers as the team grows
• Collaborate with writers and strategists on creative concepts, including new business pitches

What you bring:

• 7+ years in UX/web design, less if the portfolio proves you can do the job
• A portfolio with a range of styles, not one look repeated
• Comfort designing for mobile and responsive web
• Experience building brand systems, not just working inside someone else's
• A second strength beyond web design, illustration, typography, motion, or front-end code
