Senior Digital Enablement Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Enablement Analyst to support digital initiatives by coordinating technology requests, assessing business needs, and providing insights that help drive informed decision-making. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve intake, prioritization, reporting, and governance while supporting modernization and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the intake, assessment, and tracking of digital and technology initiatives.
Evaluate requests based on business value, readiness, risk, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
Maintain project pipelines, dashboards, trackers, and status reports to support visibility and decision-making.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, identify opportunities, and recommend next steps.
Support modernization, platform renewal, technical debt, and digital transformation initiatives.
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and recommendations for leadership and governance discussions.
Improve intake processes, documentation, templates, and reporting practices to enhance efficiency and transparency.
Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across digital enablement activities.

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in business analysis, digital enablement, technology planning, project coordination, or a similar role.
Experience coordinating technology initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and prioritization processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience preparing reports, dashboards, business cases, and executive presentations.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital transformation, enterprise modernization, governance, or technical debt initiatives.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or other project delivery methodologies.
Experience in a public sector, regulated, or large enterprise environment.
