Sr Digital IT Communications Specialist serves as the strategic internal communications partner for Honeywell's Digital IT organization, with primary responsibility for the IT Networks, Infrastructure, and Digital Employee Experience function. The role provides trusted counsel to IT leaders, translating complex technology initiatives into clear, compelling, and business aligned communications. Responsible for leading strategic planning and execution for key IT programs, this individual develops and delivers integrated communication strategies and campaigns that drive understanding, adoption, and engagement in a fast paced, dynamic environment-strengthening employee connection to IT services and reinforcing alignment with Honeywell's enterprise strategy.
Strong storytelling capability is essential, with the ability to partner closely with IT leaders and Corporate Communications to craft audience centric narratives that connect employees to IT capabilities, leadership priorities, and enterprise initiatives. A strong fluency in analytics is equally critical, enabling the role to measure communication effectiveness, analyze engagement data, and apply insights to continuously improve IT communications and support informed decision making across the Digital IT organization.
We also want a dynamic individual with a knack for navigating complexity, building trusted relationships, and proactively identifying communication opportunities that support evolving IT priorities-someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings a collaborative mindset, and consistently delivers high quality communications with precision and impact.
You will report directly to our Sr IT Manager and matrixed to VP Communications Leadership for CIO and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
